Guido Menzio

Guido Menzio

Guido Menzio is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Pennsylvania. Guido was winner of the 2015 Carlo Alberto Medal for Best Italian Economist Under 40. He is a NBER Research Associate.

In May 2016, Guido was in the news because he was doing math on an airplane and it made his neighbor nervous. She asked to be put on a different flight and he was taken off board and questioned before being deemed not a threat. The flight was delayed for 2 hours.
