Greer Donley is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham and Watkins. Ms. Donley’s practice focuses on litigation, investigations and compliance matters in the health care industry. Ms. Donley counsels hospital, pharmaceutical, medical device, food and other related industry clients in matters concerning violations of the False Claims Act and regulatory issues involving the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Ms. Donley served as a fellow at the National Institutes of Health where she completed and published research on various bioethical issues.
Ms. Donley also interned at the National Women’s Law Center where she researched and drafted comment letters on healthcare policies including the Affordable Care Act, Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Ms. Donley earned her JD from the University of Michigan Law School, where she graduated Order of the Coif and was the editor-in-chief of the Michigan Journal of Gender & Law. Ms. Donley was awarded second place in the H. Thomas Austern Memorial Writing Competition, a national award for scholarship in food and drug law, as well as the Michigan Law Scholarly Writing Award, a professor-selected award for superior scholarship.
