Gordon Greene is a Jamaican-born actor and writer.

His family later moved to New York, New York where he began acting. He has also guest-starred in television and film. His success as an actor later continued in his move to Los Angeles, California. He graduated from the famed Lee Strasberg Institute, where he later produced theater.

He is known for The Shawshank Redemption (1994), and Dallas (1978).

Gordon Greene also starred as Woodrick Jackson in the television series , T he Famous Jett Jackson. He has also written and produced. In 2011, he wrote, acted, and produced the movie, Machete Joe. It involves a mysterious, disfigured killer who slashes his victims with a blood-soaked machete.
