Gloria Choi

Gloria Choi is a Professor at the McGovern Institute for Brain Research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Choi is known for her research on Autism. [1]

Education

Choi received her Ph.D. from Caltech, where she studied with David Anderson (neurobiologist). She was a postdoctoral researcher in the laboratory of Richard Axel at Columbia University.

Career

Choi joined the MIT faculty in 2013 as a McGovern Investigator and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences, where she holds the Samuel A. Goldblith Career Development Professorship.

In 2014 she was named to Cellโ€™s โ€˜40 under 40โ€™ list.

Personal Life

Choi is married to Jun Huh, a Professor of Immunology at Harvard Medical School. [1]
