Girl Friday is an American all female rock band from the West Coast that started in the neighborhood of Westwood, California. ^{[0] [-1]}

The band started in Los Angeles, 2017. ^[1]The band currently consists of: Vera Ellen, Natalie Morace, Libby Hsieh, and Sierra Scott. ^{[0] [1]}

The band started playing shows some time after coming together as a band.

^[-1]They have played several shows around the Los Angeles area, such as the Silverlake Lounge and The Smell. ^[0]They have also played at a festival called Vagabond: Music and Arts Celebration. ^[0]

In early October, 2017, Girl Friday released their first song called, "12 Hour Turn Around".
