Early life
Gia Thành was born in Quang Tri, a province located just north of Thua Thien province, in the North Central Coast region of Vietnam.
He grew up in a military family.
Due to his grandfather's service in the United States Armed Forces, Gia Thành was raised and lived in many different places from Vietnam to America, including Quang Tri, Saigon in Vietnam and Nebraska, California in the United States.
Career

Gia Thành is the first Vietnamese American game show host for a Vietnamese language game show which is produced by Vietnamese Americans in the United States.[3]
The Game Show Dong Vang, hosted by MC Gia Thanh, first premiered on the Vietnamese language channel Saigon TV 57.5 based in California on Saturday, the 18th of April, 2020.
And then it aired once a week, on Saturday night at 7:30 P.M, Pacific Time.
There are two teams in the Game Show Dong Vang.
Each team has 3 people including celebrities who are notable actors, actresses, beauty pageant winners, models and singers.
Two teams compete by guessing as rapidly as possible the right answers to fill-in-the-blank questions related to Vietnamese folk verses and proverbs.
Some of the famous celebrity guests on the show include Vietnamese model and beauty pageant titleholder Tran Bao Ngoc, singer Chau Tuan, singer Bich Thao, actress Kim Hien, actor Hoàng Anh, actor Võ Thành Tâm, director Xuan Phuoc, and others.[4]

Gia Thành was born in 1984.
His birth name is Nguyễn Công Thành.
He currently splits his time between Quang Tri, Saigon in Vietnam and Nebraska, California in the United States.
