Gia Derza (Mayfield, Ohio; December 15, 1998) is an American pornographic actress and erotic model.
Biography
Gia Derza was born in December 1998 in a small village called Mayfield, located in Cuyahoga County, U.S. state of Ohio.[1] She played on a soccer team in high school. She became interested in sex and the industry before she came of age, later stating in interviews that she was sexually active and watched pornography, highlighting her main assets Skin Diamond and James Deen.[3]
Derza went to Kent State University, where she began studies in Sociology and Criminology, working outside study hours in the cafeteria.[2] She decided to drop out of her studies and enter the porn industry, making her debut in the porn industry in 2018, aged 20. It was after a scene with actress Abella Danger that the latter put her in touch with Spiegler Girls, the modeling firm that represents her.[4]
As an actress, she has worked for studios such as Evil Angel, Pure Taboo, Hard X, Burning Angel, Jules Jordan Video, Mile High, 3rd Degree, Zero Tolerance, Girlfriends Films, Tushy, Naughty America, Deeper, Reality Kings and Digital Sin, among others.
In the same year of her industry debut, she filmed her first interracial sex scene in Dredd's Teen Devastation.[5]
In 2019, she received AVN and XBIZ Award nominations for Best Newcomer.[6] She also received another AVN nomination for Best Anal Sex Scene alongside Markus Dupree for Oil Slick.
