Funke Felix Adejumo is the wife of popular Nigerian Pastor Felix Adejumo, she is also a pastor, an author, motivational speaker and is greatly involved with Non-governmental organization s. She has invested a lot into the liberation of the female gender.

Funke Felix Adejumo was born on the 28th of January, 1963 in Ibadan city of Oyo state. Due to the stigma on female children at that time, there was controversy surrounding her birth and suggestions against her being exposed to formal education.

A serious challenge poised on her education path is that of her family’s financial power, still she had her primary and secondary school education in Ibadan. Later on, in her quest for success she attended and graduated from the department of English, at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, her fiance also aiding the cause by providing financial help.

In 1982 she met her current husband Felix Adejumo in the city of Ibadan and the duo took their marriage Oath 4 years later. Felix is the founder of Agape Christian Ministries Inc. The couple have four biological children and other adopted children.

On the 12th of August ,1989 Bishop Felix Adejumo alongside his wife Funke were commissioned as Ministers of God in Ondo State, Nigeria.

After they got married the couple settled down in Ibadan but had to relocate later due to her husband’s call and ministry.

Though at first his wife was reluctant she later yielded as he was able to convince her through the revelation of his call and they moved to Ondo State to start his ministry, called The Agape Christian ministries, Akure.

The ministry started in the living room of their house, registering an attendance of just four people ,by and by they have experienced dimensions of growth changing location and experiencing tremendous increase.The

church kick started officially on the 7th of August,1988 at Victory Nursery School, Akure. The Agape Christian Ministries has now grown and has her sit among the well-known churches in Nigeria spreading the gospel tentacles across over 30 states in Nigeria.

Funke Adejumo, together with her husband run a nonprofit organization called the Funke Felix Adejumo Foundation. She is the president of the foundation which provides and aides the finance of the people, focusing majorly on the female gender. They have notably become a philanthropic power house. The foundation came to be with the goal and objective to ease the populace of financial distress.

She also runs Grace orphanage and Another Chance Women’s Home ,founded with the aim to help displaced and homeless children and to cater for abused women respectively.

2. doctorate degrees (Honoras Causa) in Divinity together with her husband by Faith University in conjunction with Oral Roberts University.
