In February 2016, he shot his 10 year old sister Izabella Heffernan to death and dumped her body in the woods.
He may have also sexually assaulted her.
Fredrick's mom Michele Lochridge is in prison for 30 years for killing her boss.

Police likened Fredrick to a hardened criminal based on his behavior during interrogation.
