Frank Ricotta spent 1984 to 1992 in the United States Air Force specializing in cyber warfare initiatives. From 1992 to 1997 he was a managing partner at the DMW group where he successfully grew a team of ten consultants to a team of several hundred. Shortly afterwards he founded Noochee solutions in 1998 and sold it to a strategic partner 3 years later. Frank spent all of 2001 as an interim CEO for PeakXV, a network engineering company. In 2002 Ricotta became the founder and CEO of Innerwall, Inc, a cybersecurity company that he sold to a strategic partner in 2007. Between 2007 and 2011 he served as the CTO for IBM offshoot Enterprise Information Management. In 2011 Frank got his start in the healthcare business when he was the CTO for Recondo Technology, a company that offers cloud solutions in healthcare. In January of 2015 Ricotta became the founder and CEO of BurstIQ, a Blockchain -based healthcare company that focuses on personalized solutions for people and businesses.
