Franco Masini (Buenos Aires, May 22, 1994) is an Argentine actor and singer. He is known for playing the role of Pedro Correa in Esperanza mía. [1]
Biography
He trained in theater at the Timbre Academy, also took classes with Mariano Calligaris (2008/11) and at ETBA (Escuela de Teatro de Buenos Aires) with Raúl Serrano (2011/12).
He also took guitar, saxophone and choir lessons.
He made his debut in 2006 in theater, in the play Ricardo III.
From 2010 to 2013, he was part of the cast of the series Peter Punk of Disney XD, playing Iván, the manager of the band Rock Bones. He toured nationally and internationally with the band in the series.
In 2013 he also trained for art of the series El Legado broadcasted by Channel 9 and also did TV commercials for the brands Asepxia, Saladix and Pepitos.
Masini is also part of the musical project Tea for Three, with his sister being part of the band.
In 2015 he played the role of Pedro in Esperanza mía, a soap opera starring Lali Espósito and Mariano Martínez.
And he also appeared in an episode of El mal menor that is broadcast on public television.
He was part of the film El Clan (2015) directed by Pablo Trapero.
In 2016 he participated in the film "Inseparable" by Marcos Carnevale.

In 2017 he starred with Germán Tripel in the return of the musical "...Y un día Nico se fue" written by Osvaldo Bazán, with music by Ale Sergi (Miranda!) and directed by Ricky Pashkus.
On television he worked on the strip Amar después de amar, playing Nicolás Alvarado and then on Cuéntame cómo pasó a Toni Martínez, son of Antonio (Nicolás Cabré) and Mercedes (Malena Solda).
In 2018 he stars in the film Only Love with Yamila Saud, Facundo Gambandé, Victorio D'Alessandro, Gerardo Romano and Andrea Frigerio.
In 2019 he is part of the strip Campanas en la noche with Federico Amador, Calu Rivero and Esteban Lamothe.
He plays Juani, son of politician Pablo Ballesteros (Diego Gentile), a lawyer who fights against corruption.
In theater he stars in Clockwork Orange, based on the 1971 film, with Tomás Kirzner, Enrique Dumont, Lionel Arostegui and Tomás Wicz.
In 2020 Masini, together with his Argentine colleagues Lucila Gandolfo and Eliseo Barrionuevo, joins the British series Riviera, starring Julia Stiles, Lena Olin and Adrian Laster.
