Francis Maxwell is a Scottish YouTube personality and news commentator for The Young Turks. He is based in Los Angeles, California.

Francis grew up in Clydebank, Scotland. He moved to Los Angeles in 2010 to attend Whittier College. An active student, Francis was a member of Alpha Kappa Delta and Captain of the Men’s soccer team. He graduated in 2014 with a degree in sociology and journalism.

Francis started working for The Young Turks in 2014 and has served a number of roles. He was a soccer analyst and hosted programs such as Pop Trigger and What the Flick?! He now offers news commentary from a progressive perspective. Francis' videos get shared thousands of times on Facebook. A number of his critiques and attacks of conservatives are directed at Tomi Lahren. As of November 2017, he had over 100,000 likes on Facebook, 39,000 followers on Twitter, and 57,000 followers on Instagram. He was working as a film critic for Clyde and Forth Press Ltd for over a year and a half from April 2015 to December 2016.
