Frances Perraudin is a journalist based in Manchester, England. She serves as northern England reporter at The Guardian, covering the north and The Midlands. ^[1]

Perraudin graduated from University College London in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in English literature. She went on to attend the University of Cambridge, where she received a Master of Philosophy.

Prior to her writing for The Guardian, she has also contributed to a range of publications, including The Independent, The Big Issue, TIME Magazine, and The Observer. ^[2]
