Fran Villalba Segarra (born April 28, 1997) is a Spanish entrepreneur and computer programmer involved in the Blockchain and Cryptocurrency who is working towards building a decentralized, more secure internet.

Sagarra was born in the country of Spain and raised in the city of Valencia.

Since the age of 13 years old, he started learning

Programming language after a severe leg fracture left him with nothing else to do for an entire summer.

He would later have his own hosting service.

Segarra attended Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University where he received his Bachelor's degree in international Business administration.

After some experience in marketing as an intern for a company called OnePLus, Segarra honed his skills and became the marketing manager at Hostinger International.
