Laursen hails from Jægerspris and has one brother, Boris Laursen. When she was younger, she was bullied and was taken out of school to be home-schooled. She would later enroll in design school. Fie and and Boris both grew substantial Vine followings in their own right and at one point Fie had over 175k followers on the platform.
Fie started her YouTube in September 2013. The topics of her videos include lifestyle vlogs, fashion and beauty advice, music and more.
