Fabianny was the official Miss Barinas candidate for the Miss Earth beauty pageant. She made it to the top 13, but did not become a finalist.

On August 20th, 2017, at the Miss Earth Venezuela beauty pageant competition, Fabianny had a wardrobe malfunction. As she walked down the runway during the swimsuit competition, she accidentally flashed her left breast.
