Eurydice Dixon

Eurydice Dixon

Eurydice Dixon (born 1996 - 13 June 2018) [2]was an Australian comedian.

Dixon was known for her exploration of women's issues and social justice issues through her comedy.

She lived with her father Jeremy and her 16-year-old brother at the time of her death.

Dixon was known for her one-woman comedy show entitled ‘At Home, I felt like a Terrorist'.

[2]Her breakthrough performance came in 2016 at the 'Yes Or Women' open mic comedy night at Studio 59.

In June 2018, Dixon was raped and murdered.

She was attacked in the suburb of Carlton North after leaving a bar in central Melbourne.

Jaymes Todd handed himself to police and was charged with her rape and murder.

The two had no previous relationship.

[0]Somewhat mysteriously, Dixon had recently appeared in a comic sketch titled ‘A Date With Death’ in which she was depicted as a victim of a stabbing murder.
