Escobar Fold 1 is a foldable phone released by Pablo Escobar's brother Roberto Escobar and his company, Escobar Inc. Prior to founding the company, Roberto worked as an accountant in the Medellín Cartel.[2]

The screen is made of a proprietary plastic.

The phone uses Google's Android 9.0 operating system. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Series chipset, and has dual 16- and 20-megapixel cameras.[9] According to Escobar Inc. CEO Olof K. Gustafsson, the "phone has gone through rigorous testing and the only true way to break the phone is to burn it." A 128 GB version is priced at just $349 and a 512GB version at $499. [2] An interview with YouTube technology reviewer Marques Brownlee revealed that the phone in in fact a Samsung Galaxy Fold [10]
