He is an original Ghanaian-American brought up in New York City. He is hitched to Janell Adjepong. He is enthusiastic about coffee shops with West African cooking and the effect its diaspora has had on South American, Latin American, Caribbean, and American cooking. He lives in New York City where he is a chef, a caterer and public health & nutrition professional.
Education
Chef Adjepong has degree's from Johnson & Wales in Culinary Arts, Culinary Nutrition (BS) and International Public Health Nutrition (MPH). He likewise holds a Professional degrees of public health in International Public Health Nutrition from the University of Westminster in London.
Career
He was a finalist on Season 16 of Top Chef in Kentucky, where he utilized his platform to acquaint watchers with customary Ghanaian food. Eric has cooked in a portion of New York City's chief eateries including two distinctive Michelin Star rated foundations.
