Emile Haddad is president and CEO of FivePoint Communities, a real estate management company.

FivePoint is the manager of master-planned communities including Newhall/Valencia in Los Angeles County; the Great Park Neighborhoods on the site of the former El Toro Marine Corps Air Station in Irvine; and Hunters Point/Candlestick Park and Treasure Island in San Francisco.

Before co-founding FivePoint Communities, Haddad was chief investment officer of Lennar Corporation, a leading U.S. homebuilder, where he was in charge of real estate investments and asset management.

Haddad was a founding member of Lennar in California and was instrumental in its growth.

He is a trustee of the University of California, Irvine, and is also on the real estate advisory boards of UC Irvine and the University of California, Berkeley.

Currently he serves on the board of PBS So-Cal.

Haddad holds a civil engineering degree from the American University of Beirut.
