Elspeth Frances Reeve (better known as Elle Reeve) is American journalist and reporter for Vice. She is known for covering the Unite the Right rally which led to her interview with Christopher Cantwell. [5] [12]

She attended and graduated from the University of Missouri with degrees in Journalism and Political science. She graduated in 2005. [6]

Elle has written for various publications since the time that she was in college.
After graduating, she has worked as a reported for more than a decade.

Elle is known in the United States for her reporting from the Unite the Right rally march that took place in Charlottesville, Virginia on the weekend of August 11th-13th, 2017. The Vice Media camera crew expertly captures several key moments throughout the weekend using angles and strategic placement for shots. [10]
The Vice media crew were on the ground with Elle as they followed one of the White nationalist leaders, Christopher Cantwell, who opens up about their intention for organizing the rally and their intolerance of leftist groups. [10]
The crew was able to also conduct interviews with individuals who were present during the car crash caused by James Alex Fields Jr. [10]
On Sunday night, at around 8:00 p.m., Elle and the crew were given access to enter the hotel room of Christopher Cantwell and interview him as well. The interview was centered around the events from the weekend. Cantwell is on the record dismissing the car crash by justifying that their opposers not moving out of the way. [10]

Personal Life
On December 31, 2018, Reeve married her husband Jeremy.[20] Previously, Reeve was married to Scott Thomas Beauchamp, a private in the United States Army who served in the Iraq War, and a member of Alpha Company, 1-18 Infantry, Second Brigade Combat Team, First Infantry Division.
