David Mills is a Professor of the Practice of Law, Senior Lecturer in law at Stanford Law School.
Career
Currently, David Mills teaches classes in Criminal law and White collar crime at Stanford Law School. David is a founder and the first director of the School’s renowned Clinical education program that prepares students for the real-world challenges and responsibilities of a legal career.
After graduation from law school in 1973, David joined Lowenstein, Kohl, Fisher & Boylan, where he served as a Senior Tax Partner.
Later, he became the Chairman of the Partnership Tax Committee of the American Bar Association, and Chairman of the Tax Section of the New Jersey Section of Taxation.
David Mills serves on a number of Non-profit boards and is co-chair of the board of directors of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund. He is the author of numerous articles most recently focusing on White collar crime.
