In 2012, Blue and his company, VIP Protective Services, were hired by Netflix for the set of the TV Show, House of Cards. According to Blue and another man named Eric Lyles, who worked under Blue during the shooting of the show, Spacey told his own personal security guard the following statement: "I don't want niggers watching my trailer." When Blue raised his concerns about Spacey's attitude toward his workers, the set managers subdued any efforts of a confrontation as saying: "That's just the way he is; We've got to keep him happy".
After the job was over and the services were provided during the set, Blue and his company's $1.1 million were never renewed again causing him to lose millions of
dollars of revenue for his business.
Blue is record saying the following statement:
"I lost faith that I am in the right job after the contract was terminated.
I questioned myself for months.
What could I have done differently?
Then I came to the realization that I did everything I was supposed to do, I was just dealing with a racist man.
I sat on it for four years because I believe in confidentiality but when it comes to the point where people are being harmed, enough is enough.
I realized he was getting worse and worse."
After Spacey refused to shake hands with Blue and his other worker during an introduction by the producer, Blue noticed that Spacey would speak to everyone on set except for himself and the rest of his team.

Blue would be the one to guard Spacey's trailer.
Throughout the duration of the filming on set, Spacey would nitpick about the security company and the rest of the guards.
Spacey asked that their uniforms be changed; and would ask about the positioning of the guards.
Spacey would also lock the trailer behind each time he would leave for a shooting while Blue stood by.
Spacey would then double check to ensure that his trailer was locked, never acknowledging the presence of Blue.
Blue has decided to sue Spacey for damages.
Blue believes the reason his business has collapse and has not received any jobs is due to the fallout he had with Spacey.
