As VP of Esports and Merchandising at Riot Games, Dustin Beck leads League of Legends esports initiatives across the globe, including the creation and management of the Championship Series, oversight of Challenger Circuit events, the revamp of the amateur and prize tournaments, and support of college initiatives.

In 2013, Dustin and the Riot Esports team began broadcasting four days of in-person matches between professional League of Legends teams each week to hundreds of thousands of regular viewers.

They've also put on the most-watched esports event in history - the Season 3 LoL World Championship - with over 32 million viewers watching the final matches take place in the sold-out Staples Center.

Prior to joining Riot, Dustin was a driving force behind transformation and operational improvements of Vista Equity Partners' portfolio companies, leveraging best practices and building platforms for deployment.

He also previously worked with Goldman, Sachs & Co.'s investment banking division, where he executed and advised on merger and acquisition activity across the technology sector.
