Dr. Marco Krohn is a quantitative researcher, entrepreneur, and blockchain enthusiast nased in Munich. He is the co-founder of Genesis Mining Ltd. and Blockchain Consulting GmbH.
Early Life and Education
Dr. Krohn is originally from Germany. He attended Universität Hannover where he earned a PhD in theoretical physics in 2005.
Career
Early in his career, Dr, Krohn worked at UniCredit where he first was responsible for sell-side credit research.
He later became a quantitative structurer for the company.
In 2015 he became the co-founder and CFO of Genesis Mining Ltd. which grew to become the largest cloud crypto mining company in the world. Dr. Krohm would go one to launch at become CEO of the the firm Blockchain Consulting GmBH.
