She has obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences Majoring in Psychology & OBHR, Singapore Management University, an MSc. Management (Marketing), INSEAD, and a Ph.D., Business economics (Marketing), Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.

Research Interest

She is interested in how specific emotions such as regret affect consumer evaluations and behaviours, how Information presentation influences goal pursuit. She is also interested in how technological innovations (e.g. mobile vs. desktop interface, virtual fitting rooms, screening tools) facilitate purchases.
