Diya Makhija (born June 15) is an aspiring Indian Actress who appears predominantly in Hindi TV series She is best known for Bani – Ishq Da Kalma (2013), Krishnadasi (2016) and Suhani Si Ek Ladki (2014-17).^[1]

Diya was born and brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She completed schooling from Seventh Day Advent Secondary School, Mumbai. There is not much info available about her higher education.^[2]

Diya started her career in 2013.

She made her debut in the popular Indian soap opera, Bani – Ishq Da Kalma. She rose to fame playing the negative shaded character of 'Rakhi Mathur' in another popular series, "Suhani Si Ek Ladki (2014-17)". It was aired on Star Plus and completed over 1000 episodes. She impressed critics and audiences both with another good performance as 'Shravani Rao' in Colors TV series, "Krishnadasi (2016). ^[13] She has also featured in many TV series including "Saath Nibhaana Saathiya (2016)", "Ekk Nayi Pehchaan (2014)" and Channel V's Yeh Jawani Ta Ra Ri Ri (2014-15)".^[2][3]

Diya lives in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She is fitness Enthusiast and also loves to practice Kickboxing as well. She is not much active on Social media, but she has a Twitter account.^[4]
