Didi Taihuttu

Didi Taihuttu (born May 26, 1978 in Venlo), is a Dutch entrepreneur, traveler, author and keynote speaker, known for his marketing of blockchain and cryptocurrency. [24]

Taihuttu started from selling everything he owned to invest in cryptocurrency and live solely with the digital Bitcoin. He and his family were then named 'the bitcoin family'.[1]

He appeared among other media in the TV programs Gert Late Night, De Wereld Draait Door and Pauw. Documentaries about him have been released by Arte, CNBC, The Wall Street Journal and Channel NewsAsia. [2]

Life

Didi Taihuttu is the son of the professional soccer player of VVV-Venlo John Taihuttu.[2] He studied Higher Economic Education at the Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Venlo, after which he started his career at an ITC international in the Swiss city of Zug. After a number of short-term jobs, he started his own company for computer courses at the age of 24 which he successfully sold in 2017 to invest in Bitcoin as well. He and his family live a 'digital decentral nomad life' and is a often asked keynote speaker on Blockchain, cryptocurrency and life.[3] [10] [29] [30]

YouTube

In June 2017, Did started The Bitcoin Family channel on YouTube. The channel has over 2000 subscribers and over 127,702 views. [30]

Videos uploaded to the channel are about their daily life, informational videos about Bitcoin, and other Cryptocurrency and blockchain. [30]
