Devyn Rodgers was a 19-year-old who lived in St. Louis. He is originally from Festus, Missouri. ^[7]

Devyn grew up in Festus and in his youth, he played baseball.

^[9]Devyn attended Windsor High School where he was well liked by his peers.

In his free time, Devyn enjoyed quading and hanging out with friends.

In his Facebook bio, Devyn wrote "Im Devyn, ive been through alot like most of us have. Im just working and focusing on me at the time!"^[7]

During the evening of May 5th, Devyn was driving on I-55 just north of Highway 141 when he lost control of his vehicle and traveled across 5 lanes, down an embankment and overturned. Devyn was not wearing a seatbelt. He was transported to St. Anthony’s Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. ^[6]
