Deng Thiak Adut

Deng Thiak Adut is a defense lawyer who specializes in the areas of criminal, family, personal injury, and employment law.

At age 6, Deng Thiak Adut was kidnapped from his family and was forced to be a child soldier.

He was later rescued by the United Nations and brought to Australia as a refugee at the age of 15.

Deng Thiak Adut taught himself to read, and is now a prominent lawyer in Australia.
