De'Coldest Juan 'ToEvaDoIt' Crawford is a wide receiver out of Green Oaks High School in Louisiana. In August of 2019, he was interviewed by his local news station KTAL-TV about the football team's upcoming season and went viral for his unique name.[1]
Career
De'Coldest Crawford attends Green Oaks High School and plays on the football team. In his freshman year he was able to run 200 yards with 3 touchdowns. In his 2019 sophomore year he was able to smash his previous season's numbers with an impressive 30 catches for 691 yards and 6 touchdowns-in only eight games![14]
Crawford has committed to Louisiana State University in 2022.[7] He made the announcement on Monday, October 28, 2019 via Twitter. Prior to committing, Crawford had offers from other colleges including Washington State University, University of Southern Mississippi and Southern University.
Personal
The wide receiver's unique name was given to him by his mother. Recalling the story of how he was named, Crawford stated,[6]
“My mom came up with my name.
She named me this because she knew I would be the best athlete out of everyone in the family.
I love the fame everyone’s giving me on social media…keep it going.”
