David Wood is a Digital Marketer and founder of Empower Network who's currently a resident in the city of Puntarenas in Costa Rica. ^[1] In early June, 2017, he went viral after broadcasting a Facebook live video where he behaves abnormally asking viewers and costumers to give their credit card information.

Born and raised in Alaska in the town of Fairbanks for much of his life. He also lived in England, Arizona, and Utah.

He now lives in Costa Rica with his partner and child. He moved there in 2012.

At the age of 21 he had dropped out of college in Arizona without any professional skills or contact. He would handout people business cards at Walmart, and would often hand out cards profusely.

According to critics and others who have disclosed information about Dave, they have revealed that he has an addiction problem.

Some say that he owes hundreds of thousands of money due a cocaine habit.

It's been said that Dave tends to be Bipolar.

David, along with a business partner, Dave Sharpe, started Empower Network.

Wood became a Digital Marketer after dropping out of school operating his own business which he initially struggled with. For some time, he was homeless, and worked for different companies and ultimately made the best of it.

He eventually lived out of a green van operating Empower Network where he would eventually have leads and generate income.

After about a year, he mad more than $90,000 according to what he says in his videos.

In early June, 2017, Dave took to Facebook live where he broadcasted a bizarre video of himself inside of his Mansion in Costa Rica. In the video, Dave appears to have smeared red substance that resembles blood on his forehead. He then starts walking around filming himself acting quite strange.

In the video, he tells people to send him their credit card information; that they should stop eating meat; and, he also tries to use his hypnotizing technique as he tells people that they should remove all the hateful comments around the internet.

He tells his viewers that they will all obey him now and that he is going to curse them, and their flesh will be eaten if they dont obey.

On June 13th, 2017, his brother took to Facebook Live to set the record straight for why dave was behaving so strangely. According to his brother, Dave took some drugs that caused him to make awful decisions with the company and communicating to his viewers in a pessimist albeit in a despotic sense. He is now recovering at a drug rehabilitation center.
