David Mosher is a Financial advisor in East Windsor, Connecticut. He works at the firm of Horace Mann Insurance, a financial services company serving educators. ^[1]

Mosher is a graduate of Sacred Heart University and East Windsor High School.

Mosher's wife, Heather Mosher, was a school psychologist at Stafford Elementary School. In 2016, on the day David intended to propose, she was diagnosed with breast cancer.

They were married at Saint Francis Hospital & Medical Center in January 2018, when it was clear her cancer would not improve. Mosher died 18 hours later.
