Allegations
On August 16, stabbed an interracial couple outside a bar in Olympia, Washington. Daniel B. Rowe claimed responsibility for defending police against the Black Lives Matter movement and that he was reacting to anti-police graffiti in downtown Olympia. [1]
The crime is considered a hate crime by police.
