On May 16, 2016, Daniel Green is accused of raping a woman in the offices of StarX after a night full of partying, champagne, and cocaine.

The woman in her 20s says she was sleeping under a desk when Green assaulted her and says that she did not consent.

Green disputes the allegations and said that they struck up a conversation before engaging in sexual activities.

He said that he thought the woman was crying because of his large penis size, which he claims to be 10 inches long and 4 inches in girth.

Green was found guilty and sentenced to six years in prison.
