As an emcee she hosted the Queen Mary resort's Halloween event "Shipwreck" for three years from 2005-2007, the event is now called Dark Harbor.

Dahlia models for corset designers and has the ability to cinch her waist to 18''.

She rides motorcycles and is certified and trained in firearm safety and usage.

Dahlia has appeared in several books and publications including “Autopsyrotica” by Chad Michael Ward, NBM Publishing, “Pervy Girls” a pin-up photography book written by Christine Kessler, Goliath Books, Marquis Magazine issue 33 and 35, Bizarre Magazine issue 166, in the third issue of Mirror Mirror Magazine for the cover and as a featured centerfold, on the cover of a novel titled "Pleasing Them" by William Doughty, and in a book entitled “California Deathrock” about the gothic subculture and music scene.

Dahlia was chosen by the international UK based magazine Skin Two and their editor in chief Tony Mitchell to grace the cover of their Skin Two annual directory issue for 2007.

Dita Von Teese was on the cover of the Skin Two directory for 2006.

Dahlia Dark has modeled for several clothing companies and fashion designers including Guillotine Deathware, AMF Korsets, Lucky 13 Apparel, Lust Designs, Hoss International Corsets, Felon Clothing, Switchblade Stilletto, The Pleasure Chest, and Sword & Stone.

Dahlia Dark appeared in an episode of It’s Alway’s Sunny in Philadelphia, season 5 episode 8 . She also co-stared with actor Domiziano Arcangeli in an independent horror film called The Brides of Sodom. ^[6]

Dahlia is the founder and lead vocalist for a mixed genre project releasing a self titled EP in 2017.
