Biography
Early

Cuco - Amor De Siempre | Sofar Los Angeles.
Born and raised in the city of Hawthorne, he has lived most of his life in Southern California. He had mostly a Chicano upbringing and by the the age of 8 years-old, he started getting into music. As a way to engage with his shyness, music became his source of expression. At 8 years old, he picked up guitar, later moving on to keys, drums, bass, French horn and trumpet.
He is a graduate of Hawthorne High School.

Banos, at the age of 17, geared up for his first release in early January, 2015 under the moniker of Cuco. The title of his earliest released on the internet is Heavy Trip EP. ** On SoundCloud, the earliest song he released on the platform is a song called, "Yeah". Since then he has released several EPs and mixtapes on both platforms - Soundcloud being the most recent.
Style
His songs are filled with jazzy Synthesizers that release nostalgia-heavy tunes in the mode of modern Serenatas that he sings in both English and Spanish.
Shows

Cuco - CR-V.
Cuco has played live shows throughout venues in the Los Angeles area including selling out The Smell in June of 2017. He has also played festivals in the area including, Beach Goth Music Festival.
His shows have brought other well-known local young musicians including members of The Internet, Kevin Abstract, and Steve Lacy.
FYF Fest
Cuco is one of the performers expected to take part in the 2018 edition of the FYF Fest.

Banos has been considered Heartthrob among young Latina girls from the Southern California areas of South L.A., Whittier, and Santa Ana.
