Cristina Kooker is the intrepid reporter and fill-in host for Houston's only local morning talk show, Great Day Houston. Cristina Kooker fast became one of Houston’s best loved morning personalities.

KHOU-TV CH. 11 brought her on board in 2005 because she is talented, hardworking and really relates to the audience.^[1]

Cristina Kooker started her career as a reporter and fill-in host for many local news magazine shows.

She started right from her university days, while getting her degree in Marketing and Media at Abilene Christian University as one of four hosts on the nationally syndicated talk show, Teen Talk.

She has been the Social Media Specialist for Texas Custom Patios, Houston since May 2011.

She joined KHOU TV in 2005 as a reporter, and for the past decade she has been all over the city covering the best events, fund-raisers, local restaurants and hot spots live from the scene. On a daily basis she gets to tell the stories of the community in the city she loves so much.^[3]

She became the Reporter and producer for Channel 11's morning show, Great Day Houston in July 2016 and she has been handling it perfectly since then.

She is a co-owner of Glo Sun Spa which was established 9 years ago (2011), The Woodlands (2), Spring and Katy.

She is currently the Vice President for Marketing and Media.^[2]

She is also part of several groups in texas, such as: Film and TV tech Professionals, SocialMediopolis.com (New home of social media marketing group), Public Relations Specialists, Virtual reality (VR) Augmented reality (AR) Mixed reality (MR) and Extended reality (ER) Innovators.

Cristina Kooker graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2002.

She currently resides in Texas and when she is not working, she spends her time with her family, working out and baking in the kitchen especially her favorite cookies.

On the 29th of March 2008, Cristina Kooker got married to Stephen M. Kooker in Texas.

She is happily married and blessed with three children.
