Crenshanda Williams is a former 911 operator from Houston, Texas. Williams attended Forest Brook High School.

On October 12, 2016, Williams was arrested and charged after being accused of hanging up on callers with emergencies because she allegedly did not want to talk to anyone at that time.

A review of her call logs showed that thousands of calls had been disconnected by Williams between Oct. 2015 and March 2016.

Williams faces two counts of Interference with an emergency telephone call. She could face a year in jail and a $4,000 fine for each charge if she’s convicted.
