Craig started his career in 1996 as a Geography Teacher & Resident Counselor at the American International School of Salzburg. In 1997, he became a Math Teacher at American International School of Zagreb. From 1999 to 2017, he worked at American School of Paris. From 2016-2017, he served as a Senior Advisor for Strategic Partnerships at Global Student Square. In 2017, he became the Co-founder of Realcast, building life-like immersive experiences in augmented reality.
In 2018, Craig became the Founding Member of IEEE ICICLE X-Reality for Learning and Performance Augmentation and Member of Committee for Digital Heritage & Preservation at Immersive Learning Research Network. Since 2017, he has been working at VR AR Association. Since 2016 Craig has been the Executive Director of Z-School.
In 1996, Craig received a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College. In 2000, obtained a Master of Arts from Columbia University. In 2009, he received a Doctor of Philosophy from Centre d'Etudes Diplomatiques et Stratégiques.
