Constance Wang Zhe is currently the Chief operating officer (COO) at FTX: Cryptocurrency Derivatives Exchange. She has previously worked for Credit Suisse as an Analyst, APAC and Risk Controls, Houbi Global as a Business Development Manager and also as the Head of Partnerships for Alameda Research. She attended the National University of Singapore. She currently resides in Hong Kong.
Education
Constance Wang Zhe attended the National University of Singapore, where she graduated with second class upper honors in Business, Finance in 2016. She was awarded a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison after completing the Student Exchange Program in 2015. She also holds a Business, Banking and Finance degree from the University of California, Berkeley for completing the Summer Program in 2015.
Career
Constance Wang, after her degree program, joined Credit Suisse in August 2016 where she worked on private banking AML/KYC and APAC Risk and Controls. While working on the private banking AML/KYC she undertook specific due diligence assignments, including but not limited to: Finders, Reputational Risk, PEP, etc. She also performed account modification review, including but not limited to: change of beneficial owners, change of corporate structures and change of trust beneficiaries, etc. She also managed the relationship with existing partners, construct a partnership proposal and follow up on each phase in forming a new partnership
She joined Houbi Global, Singapore from Credit Suisse as a Business development Manager in August 2018. While at Houbi Global, she was awarded the as the best employee in 2018 for liaising with blockchain-based start-up companies, individual and institutional investors she also collects and manages users' and partners' feedback for continuous product improvement.
Personal Life
Constance Wang currently resides in Hong Kong. She was a volunteer at AIESEC Poland for the Global Community Development Project in 2014 and she was part of the Young Women Chapter Leader of the NUS Business School Alumni Association.
