Connie Han
Connie Han
Connie Han is a jazz pianist based out of Los Angeles, California.
Bio
Han hit the ground running early on, having lead her own trio in local Jazz clubs since she was 17-years-old.
She was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and attended Los Angeles County High School for the Arts majoring in both Classical and Jazz piano.
After receiving full scholarships to attend New England Conservatory and UCLA's Herb Alpert School of Music, Han decided against the college experience in exchange for the daily grind of a professional musician.
She lives by the philosophy that "Jazz is part progressive and part folk art."
Ms. Han's influences include Jazz greats such as Mulgrew Miller, Hank Jones, Erroll Garner, McCoy Tyner, and Kenny Kirkland to name a few.
She has performed/toured with Walter Smith III, Bob Sheppard, Grace Kelly, Antonio Hart, Monica Mancini, Bob Mintzer, Bobby Militello, and many other artists in the greater Los Angeles area.
