Colton Buckley is a Texas political activist.

In 2016 he was a bound-delegate for Donald Trump from the 25th district of Texas.

Buckley is came out as gay after the Pulse Orlando Shooting (2016), when 49 gay people were shot by Omar Mateen.

Early Career

Buckley served as the campaign manager for Sid Miller during Miller's reelection for Texas Agriculture Commissioner from 2013-2014.

Buckley was later appointed by Rick Perry as the Student Regent for Texas A&M University.

[6] In 2016 he served as a bound-delegate for Donald Trump from the 25th district of Texas at the 2016 Republican National Convention.

Sexuality

Buckley has become a voice of support for homosexuality within the Republican Party (United States).

During the 2016 election cycle, Buckley came out as gay after the Pulse Orlando Shooting (2016).

At the 2016 Republican National Convention Buckley discussed how little he believes sexuality should impact political decision making.
