Early Life
She was born in 1980 in the United States. While growing up her family were not financially stable and she passes through a lot of struggle in her life.[5]
Her father was a serviceman in a private firm while her mother was a homemaker.
She attended a local high school for her basic education.
Career
She had always been interested in Acting and she was also supported by her parents. She made her debut with the movie "Monster" then later produced “Monstruo” in 2010 in which she became famous for.
She has also acted in movies like El Buffalo De La Noche, The Legend of Zoro, La Zona (film), Jarhead (film), and Troy. She also has been nominated and has won awards like Nickelodeon’s 23rd Annual 2010 Kids' Choice Awards, American Country Awards, and the 8th Annual TV Land Awards.
Relationship Status
She is currently in a relationship with the famous comedian Gabriel Iglesias. Although she was previously married in 1995 to her lover whom she loved so much.
She then gave birth on December 8, 1997 to her son named Frankie everything was going well till her husband left her one day.
She then raised Frankie by herself.
After he left she had a total breakdown and started focusing on her career alone.
Then in 2008 she met the famous comedian Gabriel Iglesias at a movie set. They became good friends and soon started dating although they kept their relationship away from the media.
Soon they disclosed their love affair to the public but prior to this only few people knew about their relationship.
She soon rose to fame after the news was disclosed to the media.
Gabriel is a kind and loving person as he accepted both her and her son into his life.
