Claire Lehmann is a Founder and Editor in Chief of Quillette.
Career
Claire started her career in 2010 as a Policy Officer at Australian Department of Health, writing of ministerials and doing a research and report writing on international therapeutic goods regulation and international legislation harmonisation.
From 2011 to 2014, she served as a Policy Research Assistant at Australian College of Nursing, writing of submissions to federal government, research, speech-writing, media releases, engagement with membership and feature article writing.
In 2015-2016, she was a Communications officer at National Centre for Immunisation Research and Surveillance.
In 2015, Claire became a founder and Editor in Chief of Quillette, an Online journal for Science journalism, free speech advocacy, Political commentary and entertainment.
Claire works also as a Public Relations Consultant of Vendorable, a Real Estate services platform.
Claire has written for Quillette, Commentary Magazine, Psychology Today, The Sydney Morning Herald, ABC’s The Drum, and her essays have been cited in the National Review, The Wall Street Journal, The Australian, and The Spectator.
Education
In 2010 Claire received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English from The University of Adelaide. [7]
