Chuchu Ma was a Software engineer of Google who was found dead near a trail in Sunnyvale, California.

Chuchu Ma lived in Texas for many years, and had most of her upbringing in the town of Spring. She was at her high school.

After high school, she attended University of Texas at Austin where she became a National Merit Scholar. She graduated in 2016 with a degree in Computer science.

During her time in college, she interned at the following companies mostly involved in the software engineering department.

The companies were: Yahoo, Telogis, and

Stemed Labs.

In July of 2016, she started her job as a Software engineer for Google.

On Thursday, December 7th, 2017, a person biking near the Sunnyvale trail found the body of Chuchu Ma floating in the water.

She was half naked and had been reported missing the same day hours earlier.

Google issued a statement the following day: "Chu Chu was an excellent software engineer in our developer product team.

We are devastated to learn of her passing and our deepest condolences are with her family and friends."

Law enforcement has reported there is an ongoing investigation and are still awaiting the autopsy reports.
