Christopher Marquez is a 30 year old U.S. Marine Corps veteran.Christopher Marquez served eight years active duty in the Marines between 2003 and 2011 in Iraq and Afghanistan Demographics of Afghanistan as a Rifleman and Scout Sniper.

He received the Bronze Star for valor during his first deployment after he carried the body of his slain team leader from combat following an ambush during the Battle of Fallujah.

Christopher Marquez is currently attending American University completing a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Strategic Communication.

On February 12, 2016 Christopher Marquez was attacked by a group of young teens who were supporters of the Black Lives Matter movement. The teens knocked him unconscious and robbed him of all his belongings. ^[1]
