The post was published early on Thursday, June 2, 2016.
During the time it was up, Lindgren received many comments about her post, and even the Bank of America received calls and messages from people complaining about Lindgren.
By noon on Thursday, the Facebook account and post were deleted and Lindgren was terminated from the Atlanta branch of Bank of America.
Bank of America reacted to the situation by tweeting "We are aware of the unacceptable post on Facebook. The comments are reprehensible. We have terminated the employment of the individual."
