Christiana Duarte (August 7, 1995 - October 1, 2017) was an American college graduate of the University of Arizona. She was a victim of the Mandalay Bay Resort Shooting October 2017.
Life and Activities
Duarte graduated from the University of Arizona in May 2017, with a degree in business marketing. She was an intern with the Tucson Roadrunners before she graduated in May. At the time of her death, Duarte was working for the Los Angeles Kings as a fans services associate.
She hailed from Torrance, California. Duarte was the sister of Chicago White Sox prospect Mikey Duarte.
Death
On October 1, 2017, Duarte was in attendance at the Route 91 Harvest Festival, where 58 were killed and more than 500 were injured by Stephen Paddock.
