Animal Cruelty
Guiterrez was charged with 14 counts of Animal cruelty and turned himself in Tuesday, He is alleged of destroying at least 15 nests of Laysan Albatrosses at Kaena Point Natural Area Reserve last December while on a camping trip with his school. One other student is believed to be involved as well
He was released on $25,000 bail.
